Our candidates are trained in 12 key content areas, learn to refract with a phoropter and they need to pass a final exam to obtain Eye Biz certification. Our program goal is to provide basic ophthalmic knowledge as well as a clear understanding of the responsibilities and duties of an ophthalmic tech. To access the full curriculum, you must register as an Eye Biz member and receive approval.
