With over 18 years in the ophthalmology field and knowledge of nearly every practice in the Chicago suburban area, I am uniquely qualified to identify talent, train them and serve you up a candidate pool that will have a running start to contributing to your practice.

How does it work?

It’s easy. Simply fill out the contact form below with the number of techs you are looking for and approximately, when you would need them, and best time to discuss your needs. Contracts are signed once you are interested in retaining Eye Biz Recruitment Services.  You pay nothing until you decide to hire one of our candidates and they accept the job.  A recruitment/training fee will be due with ½ down at job acceptance and the remaining is due net 30 days.
